Finished earlier this year, the final unit on the final phase of the speculative South Kirkby Business Park has been let by Joints Agents, AWS and Carter Towler.
The building is a self contained high quality industrial unit of 17,500 sq ft which has been taken by Maris Logistics Ltd.
Nick Arundel of AWS said “these are great units in a great location and the speed at which they have let is testament to the quality of the product, the quality of the location, and the belief in the site from Commercial Development Projects Ltd”
Hazel Cooper added “each phase of this scheme has been completely let or sold within in a couple of months of completion of construction of the units”

In all the development comprises 12 units ranging from 10,000 sq ft to 35,000 sq ft.
The last phase of the scheme has been taken Maris Logistics, DBL Transport and IntaStop.
