The property management department manage over 300 individual properties within the North of England on a daily basis. In addition, we have also recently diversified our management portfolio to provide services in Residential Management.
Although the services we offer are bespoke to each individual property and Client, we typically offer a comprehensive management service which includes the collection and accounting of rents and service charges, regular condition inspections, arrangement and monitoring of maintenance contracts and necessary repairs and ensuring compliance with the most recent Health & Safety Legislation. Close liaison with tenants on all property related issues is also seen as an essential part of our role.
