Yorkshire Post - Business Section Joint venture developers, Reland and Leeds-based Yorvale, have forward sold the first phase of their £20m Network North scheme, near Normanton
The 75,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation has been sold to property investment company IGP.The first phase of Network North comprises of two units of 21,500 sq ft and 54,000 sq ft upon completion in June 2006.
