DPR SERVICES RELOCATE TO ASHBROOKE

AWS are delighted to confirm that they have completed the letting of Unit 6B Ashbrooke Park, Leeds to DPR Services. The transaction sees the business relocate its head office from Headingley onto the Ashbrooke Park Estate.

AWS, acting on behalf of retained Clients, SR Properties Nationwide Limited brokered the deal for the landlords. A new straight 5 year lease was agreed.
