AWS along with joint-agents Smiths are delighted to confirm that they have now completed the letting of Units 1A & 9D at Redbrook Business Park, Barnsley to Norse Commercial Services Limited.

Acting on behalf of retained Clients Addhold & Mileguide Limited t/a Embersdale Limited Partnership, AWS have negotiated new 5 year leases from November 2011. Colin Heffer of AWS & Andrew Corbett of Smiths acted for the Landlord.
