G & H TAKE ADDITIONAL UNIT AT SPENCE MILLS

Local contractors G&H Building Services Limited have further expanded their operations on the Spence Mills Industrial Estate by taking additional warehouse and industrial space. The company, which runs its Head Office on the estate has recently taken 2,309 sq.ft of space within Unit 3A on a new lease.
