FURTHER EXPANSION FOR PHS AT GOLBORNE

Personnel Hygiene Services (PHS) have further cemented their occupation on the Golborne Enterprise Park by taking an additional 750 sq.ft of industrial space on the estate. A transaction has today been completed on Unit 8, which now leaves only Units 2 & 14 vacant on the 21-unit estate.

Acting on behalf of retained Clients Sheffield & Regional Properties Limited, agent David Travis commented "We have been working with PHS in order to tailor their occupation to suit their requirements and have therefore negotiated a deal with them to move one of their operations into larger premises on the estate in a deal that is mutually attractive for all parties concerned".
