NEW LIFE AT THE OLD CHAPEL

AWS are pleased to announce the sale of The Old Chapel, Rodley Lane, Rodley. The former photography studios have been sold to a local developer who has gained planning permission to convert the former Chapel in to residential apartments. Gina Korszanski who acted on behalf of the vendor commented “this transaction required a lot of time and effort from both parties in order to conclude, but we are very pleased to see the matter completed and new life being brought in to this fantastic building”.
