The property is located at junction 31 of the M62 as well as benefitting from its proximity to the motorway it is in an excellent location to distribute to the whole of the Greater Leeds and West Yorkshire conurbation.

This is yet another transaction that reflects the strength of this location but more importantly, despite media comments, there are business out there looking to occupy buildings. In fact we are now in a position where there is a chronic shortage of available space, not only in this location but across the region as a whole.
