Acting on behalf of Greggs, AWS have effected the disposal of units 1 and 2 Tuscany Way, modern industrial units totalling 3,600 sq ft by way of assignment to Wilsons Butchers.
The high quality modern industrial units located at the heart of the Europort, Castleford. The assignment was effected with minimal incentives at the passing rent of £21,600 pa exclusive. Nick Arundel of AWS acted for Gregs, whilst Jeff Robertson of Dresler Smith acted for Wilsons.
