Acting on behalf of the Landlords, Sheffield & Regional Properties Limited, AWS have recently re-let Unit 5 at Golborne Enterprise Park to Allhire Company Limited and Unit 12 to Mr. Lee Campbell t/a LC Blueprints.

In addition, Units 3 has also recently been put 'Under Offer'. David Travis, agent for the Landlord commented that "Provided all goes to plan, we should shortly have all units under offer, meaning that the estate will once again be fully occupied. That is an achievement in itself in the current market."
