David Travis of AWS has recently let 1,215 sq.ft of vacant warehouse space at Spence Mills on behalf of Yorkshire Property & Investment Company Limited to local workwear supplier FCC (Leeds) Limited.
On completing the deal, David commented “Although the transaction took a deal of effort to conclude, we have eventually re-let the space to a party who we hope will remain on the estate for years to come”
