AWS have brokered the deal whereby this unit, constructed in the mid 1980's, was purchased for the sum of £600,000. Nick Arundel of AWS commented "we have done more viewings of this unit than anything else in our portfolio which reflects the attractiveness of this location to occupiers. I am delighted to have brokered the deal with Abzorb who have been looking for some time for a building that is central to their operations in the Greater Leeds and West Yorkshire conurbation as well as the Nation as whole".
