Nick Arundel of AWS Ltd and Simon Nabarro of Nabarro McAllaster have sold Unit 8, Buslingthorpe Green, a high quality terraced industrial unit of 4,150 sq ft to Oliver Bedford of Revive IT Recycling Ltd.

Nick Arundel of AWS Ltd, commented "transactions such as this indicate that it is not just the large occupiers who are in the market for space but we are seeing an increase in demand from successful local companies who are looking to acquire their own properties".
