Representing their Clients, The Yorkshire Property & Investment Company Ltd, AWS have agreed a new lease to G & H who are expanding their head office facility at the site.

This completes the letting of all the office space at Spence Mill which is a converted Mill premises located to the North West of Leeds City Centre. The new lease is for a 3 year period.
