UNIT 17 GOLBORNE ENTERPRISE PARK - GOLBORNE

Acting on behalf of retained clients Sheffield & Regional Properties Limited, AWS have recently completed the letting of Unit 17 at Golborne Enterprise Park to Mr. Alex Pye for a term of 3 years.

The unit, which measured 750 sq.ft was one of several vacant units on the estate at the time. On completing the letting, agent David Travis commented "I am pleased that we have now managed to complete the letting of the unit after a lengthy period of negotiation. We have had continued interest in smaller units such as this on the estate and currently have strong interest in a number of the other vacant units on the estate. Hopefully these will follow suit in due course"
