Kevin Surplice of AWS and Alex Butler of CBGA marketed the property in October of 2011 and having received strong interest in the property completed a sale on behalf of their Clients, Praedia Investments Ltd just before Christmas. The purchaser, a private Property Investment Company was represented by Ari Eckstein of Landswood De Coy.
